Went despite the reviews and had the opposite experience. I got what I needed and felt like the market is similar to ones you find in NY (smells of fish/meat/herbs and lots of products everywhere). This is the typical experience of an Asian market. The prices are reasonable. I bought a sauce and checked the expiration date because of all the reviews. It doesn't expire till 2 yrs later. Just be mindful that some products list the manufacturing date and no expiration date which is a thing in China. I'm glad I still went to this market despite the reviews that made me nervous to check it out. There were a decent amount of cars in the lot too and Asian aunties/uncles so that was a good sign. The cashier was nice and I had an overall pleasant experience.

The market is next to my old favorite Chinese restaurant that closed, so I assumed it would be ok. The smell is horrendous. Dead fish and spoiled meat. That alone tells me a lot. Produce was missing and or rotten. An entire tub of mangoes sat rotting. Shame. I was a bit disappointed to bring home old chips. Out of date. Oh well they are cheap. I would steer far and wide unless you want poisoning.

UPDATE: Based on Top Qualityβs response to my review, they are clearly ok with selling expired products and wonβt do anything about it. Please check the expiration date before buying anything here. They sell products that are well past the expiration date. I came here in March and they had a whole section of items that expired in January. Management needs to do a better job because someone could actually get sick from this. The store is quite dirty as well. The only pro is that they have a good selection of items.

Been there most weekends since 2019β¦ less and less fresh produces each time I wentβ¦ not sure if they are short staffed, or just donβt care about the business. The few eggplants they had were dried and Chinese cabbages were rotten. I felt like I wasted time making a trip to hereβ¦ not going to waste any more. 2.11.23 update: Thanks for the owner replying. Photos taken more then 10 days before Chinese New Year period. I think a qualified and prepared grocery store has more food selection during CNY season, not LACK of food. Anyway, not coming back anymore.

Fish department is good with varieties. Salmon, Pompano, milk fish, butter fish, buffalo fish are on display. They are nearly fresh. They well clean and cut the fishes how we ask.
